We sell used iPads only - not new or manufacturer-refurbished models. We believe in being completely transparent about our devices being pre-owned.

Are your used iPads reliable?

Yes. While these are used devices, we only sell iPads that pass our basic functionality testing. We're completely honest about any cosmetic wear so you know exactly what you're getting.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, we currently ship only within the United States to all 50 states. We use UPS Ground for reliable nationwide delivery.

We honestly grade every device with clear condition ratings (Good / Fair / Excellent). Each listing includes detailed descriptions and multiple photos showing any cosmetic wear.

Do used iPads have scratches or signs of wear?

Most used devices will have some minor cosmetic marks. We clearly describe and photograph any significant wear so there are no surprises when you receive your device.

Are the screens original Apple displays?

We prefer to sell devices with original Apple displays, but we're always transparent. If a screen has been replaced, we'll clearly note it in the product description.

Do you check battery health on your iPads?

Yes, we check and display the actual battery health percentage for every iPad. This way you know exactly what to expect from the battery performance.

Are your iPads iCloud unlocked and ready to use?

Absolutely. All devices are fully iCloud-unlocked, factory reset, and ready for your Apple ID. We never sell devices with previous owners' accounts or data.

Yes, we email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly with UPS using the provided tracking number.
