Eligibility for Returns

You may return your used iPad within 14 days of delivery for a full refund under these conditions:

  • Device is not as described or has functional issues not disclosed
  • All original packaging and accessories are included
  • Device is in the same condition as delivered
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Return process is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

Important Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for refund:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery (dents, scratches, cracks)
  • Liquid or water damage of any kind
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Devices with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Normal wear and tear from usage
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Cosmetic imperfections that were described in the listing
  • Battery health degradation from normal usage

Please Note: These are used iPads sold "as-is" condition. We thoroughly test and describe each device's condition, but these products do not come with any manufacturer or store warranty. All sales are final after the 14-day return period.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was significantly not as described upon arrival.

Defective Items: If the device has undisclosed functional issues, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return costs.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer refunds only for used iPads. If you'd like a different iPad model, please return your current device for a refund and place a new order for the desired model.

Due to the unique nature of each used device, direct exchanges are not available.
