Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Process

  • Order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase
  • Processing notification when your order enters fulfillment
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number once shipped
  • Delivery updates via UPS tracking system

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states via UPS Ground. Some restrictions may apply for:

  • PO Box addresses (require UPS SurePost)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Remote/rural areas
  • Hawaii and Alaska

For these special cases, delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

  • UPS Tracking System
  • Your account dashboard on our website
  • Mobile app (if available)

📦 Important Shipping Information

Signature Requirements: Orders over $500 require signature confirmation for delivery.

Delivery Attempts: UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Address changes may incur additional fees.

Business Hours: Deliveries are made during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM).

Common Issues

  • Delivery Exception: Weather delays, incorrect address, or recipient unavailable
  • Lost Package: Contact us after 7 business days past expected delivery
  • Damaged Package: Refuse delivery and contact us immediately

What to Do If...

Your package is delayed: Check tracking for updates and allow 2 extra business days

Tracking hasn't updated: Allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear

You'll be unavailable: Use UPS My Choice to redirect or hold your package
